Lian Beng secures Flora Drive condo development contract worth $96 mil

SINGAPORE (June 18): Lian Beng Group says that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lian Beng Construction (1998), has secured a contract from Tripartite Developers for a proposed condominium development for $95.8 million.

Under the contract, the group will develop nine blocks of 8-storey residential building (total 428 units), as well as one block of clubhouse with one basement carpark, swimming pool and tennis court at Flora Drive.
