Australian real estate group Lendlease is partnering with Moomoo Singapore to roll out the online trading platform’s first bricks-and-mortar stores in three of its malls: 313@somerset, Jem and Parkway Parade.
The retail concept stores at 313@somerset (939 sq ft) and Jem (739 sq ft) are set to open this year, marking Moomoo’s debut in the physical retail sector. Each store will feature in-person customer service for Moomoo users and offer an interactive introduction to the investment platform.
“It’s more than a store,” says Erika Chiang, chief marketing officer for Moomoo in Southeast Asia. “It’s a new way of connecting with our community and redefining how people experience investing in Singapore.”

Meanwhile, Lendlease will also facilitate a pop-up store at Parkway Parade later this year, complementing Moomoo’s retail rollout during its launch phase.
According to Jenny Khoo, head of retail and workspace management at Lendlease, the collaboration with Moomoo reinforces the group’s commitment to “bringing new shopper experiences that resonate with the changing preferences and lifestyles of retail services in the malls.”
