Only 86% of dwellings completed in 1Q15 sold

A total of 4,051 dwellings from 25 projects, including 670 EC units from The Tampines Trilliant and 79 landed houses from Palms @Sixth Avenue, Woodhaven and Eastrees, were issued the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 1Q15.
54.5% of these completed houses are located in the mass market district, outside Central Region (OCR). The second largest market segment, the Central Core Region, holds the largest number of unsold units with 46% of the total 1,127 completed units unsold. Most of the unsold units are from OUE Twin Peaks, where celebrities such as Jackie Chan, Wakin Chau and JJ Lin were reported to have bought some apartments in, and RV Residences at 386 and 105 unsold units respectively.
