Peak Residence: Quality homes in an amenity-rich location

This means that more than half of the units have unobstructed, panoramic views overlooking a tranquil residential enclave. Higher-floor units also enjoy views towards MacRitchie Reservoir Park.
Inside, units are equipped with high-quality finishings and appliances for everyday comfort. For instance, the stove, oven, fridge, and other kitchen appliances are from luxury kitchen brand V-ZUG, a renowned brand that was recently awarded Best Kitchen Appliances by Tatler Singapore this year. The upcoming North-South integrated transport corridor, which will link towns in the north region to the city, will further improve connectivity around Peak Residence when it is completed in 2026.
