Qingjian Realty’s Le Quest to open for booking

Qingjian (South Pacific) Group will launch Le Quest (below) for sale on Aug 5. Situated at Bukit Batok West, Le Quest is Qingjian Realty’s first mixed-use development in Singapore. It comprises 516 residential units and 64,584 sq ft of commercial space.
According to Qingjian Realty, Le Quest is set to revitalise the Bukit Batok area with close to 100 F&B and lifestyle retail units.
The project has a wide range of units, from studios to one- to four-bedroom apartments. The studios are 431 sq ft and priced from $588,000. Prices of the one-bedders spanning 495 to 614 sq ft start from $648,000. The two-bedroom units are sized between 592 and 829 sq ft and priced from $758,000. The three-bedders, which start from 818 sq ft, are priced from $990,000, while the four-bedroom units are sized from 1,130 sq ft, with prices starting from $1.38 million.
The development is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit by end-2021.
