Seasoned realtor Rayne Chua is heading to ERA Singapore, with the switch currently being processed by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), she told EdgeProp Singapore on Feb 4.
Chua was most recently a new launch director and brand ambassador at Keller Williams Singapore (KW Singapore), a position she took on in June 2025.
Noting that she chose ERA because she was looking for an organisation that “genuinely invests in people”, she added: “ERA stood out as the right fit, with values aligned to my own and a strong emphasis on structured training and robust tech platforms that support advisors at every stage.”

At KW Singapore, her group had over 80 realtors as at October 2025, including 40 who joined her from her previous agency. Chua did not comment on whether and how many of her team members might be joining ERA with her.
Several industry players have described Chua as a “prominent” and influential leader in the scene, and a top property agent. In just three months of joining KW Singapore, her team had expanded rapidly and secured developer partnerships.
EdgeProp Singapore earlier reported that about 70% of her team’s transactions came from new launches, while she continued to manage portfolios ranging from high-net-worth investors to aspiring HDB upgraders. She closed more than $1.5 billion worth of transactions in 2024.

Marcus Chu, CEO of ERA Singapore, ERA Asia Pacific and Apac Realty, said the firm is "delighted” that Chua has chosen ERA.
“Her decision, together with many other agents who have decided to choose ERA, reflects a strong alignment of values and confidence in ERA’s long-term platform and culture,” he added.

At ERA, one of Singapore’s biggest property agencies, advisors are supported by structured development programmes, compliance frameworks and advanced technology tools. This enables them to serve homeowners and clients with professionalism, trust and care, said Chu.
“We are committed to building a professional and future-ready organisation grounded in unit, integrity and innovation,” he added.
KW Singapore was previously helmed by Melvin Lim, who is also co-founder and former CEO of PropertyLimBrothers (PLB).
Both agencies, which operate as separate, standalone businesses, have been in the spotlight in recent weeks after Lim stepped back from the firms following allegations of an extramarital affair. PLB’s former VP of strategy, Grayce Tan, was also director of growth at KW Singapore but has since left the latter’s leadership team as well.
Last year, as master franchisee of KW Singapore, Lim had invited Chua to take up the role of new launch director at the firm. US-headquartered agency Keller Williams had expanded to the city-state via its international franchising arm, Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW).

With Lim “stepping back” as operating principal at KW Singapore, Jonathan Lee has been appointed to lead the agency in the interim, according to a Jan 29 media statement. Lee was previously regional director of KW Malaysia and currently a growth consultant for KWW Asia Pacific.
KW Singapore’s unconventional model sets it apart from other property agencies, as it emphasises AI, media, brand positioning, growth, revenue sharing and a global network of realtors for cross collaboration. Under a performance-driven structure, agents can retain up to 94% of their commissions.
As of Jan 29, the CEA public register listed 78 salespeople under PLB Realty and 159 under KW Singapore.
