SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Reebonz Building has been put up for sale by tender, with JLL appointed as the exclusive marketing agent.

The asset comprises an eight-storey ramp-up building with ancillary office, warehousing and production spaces and car-parking facilities, as well as an industrial canteen and a childcare centre.
It has a total gross floor area of 215,255 sq ft, on a site area of 86,111 sq ft, and a remaining tenure of about 22 years. Based on URA Master Plan 2019, the site is zoned as Business 1 (light industrial use) with a plot ratio of 2.5.
Completed in 2016, the asset is located at 5 Tampines North Drive 5 within the Tampines Industrial Estate, and in proximity to the Tampines and Pasir Ris residential areas. It is accessible via major roads and expressways such as Tampines Expressway, Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway and Pan-Island Expressway.
Pamela Siow, head of Logistics and Industrial Capital Markets at JLL Singapore, says: “The locational benefits of this site, coupled with a fairly new building, will be beneficial to end-users who require a place to move in, and for future expansion.”
The tender will close on May 5 at noon.
