A residential plot at New Upper Changi Road / Bedok South Avenue 3 will be put up for tender, after a developer committed to a minimum bid of $320 million. The minimum bid price for the 99-year leasehold parcel is equivalent to $580.33 psf ppr. The site is on the Reserve List of the Government Land Sales Programme.
The 2.4 ha 99-year leasehold site has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 551,413 sq ft, which can potentially yield approximately 570 housing units. It is located across the Tanah Merah MRT station of the East-West Line.
