Sevens Group Australia, the Australian arm of prominent property development company Sevens Group, will be launching Sevens Como, a brand new riverfront residential development with city views in Perth.
The development is located in the suburb of Como, which is just 6km south of the Perth CBD area. It occupies a corner land plot spanning 16,000 sq ft with three street frontages and faces Canning River.
Sevens Como will feature a mix of nine townhouses and three apartments, catering to the diverse luxury housing needs of the premium property market. The apartments and two of the townhouses span four storeys, while the remaining seven townhouses each span three storeys.
Residents at Sevens Como will enjoy scenic views of Canning River, with some units offering 180-degree river views. Each townhouse within the development will also have a private front garden, providing residents with exclusive outdoor space that they can enjoy.

Sevens Group’s trademark attention to detail is evident in terms of the project’s architecture and design. Taking inspiration from the development’s surroundings, Sevens Como boasts a tasteful and elegant design that incorporates Art Deco elements — a tribute to the Art Deco period buildings that dot the Canning Bridge precinct. Featuring clean lines, curved edges and rounded corners, the development presents an aesthetically pleasing property for residents to come home to as well as a beautiful addition to the neighbourhood.
In addition, the project’s construction materials pay homage to the site’s riverside location and other nature offerings. An earthy palette of limestone, sand, bronze and weathered timber was chosen, resulting in a warm and inviting tone that complements the design of the development. Rounding out the project is the thoughtful landscaping, with ample greenery incorporated into the facade, the frontages, and other common areas.
Residents at Sevens Como will benefit from the location’s strong connectivity. The development is about a five-minute walk (430m) to the Canning Bridge train station and a two-minute walk (350m) to Manning Road, providing access to multiple bus routes. In addition to public transport, the project has convenient access to Canning Highway which offers a straight route to the city centre, about a 10-minute drive away.
The Como suburb offers a relaxed lifestyle for residents, with a variety of amenities available. This includes eateries and bars along Preston Street, shopping centres such as Waterford Plaza and Westfield Boorangoon which are both within a 10-minute drive, and a cinema.
At the same time, the area retains a serene, tranquil feel thanks to its proximity to nature. Residents can visit nature spots such as the nearby Como Beach which offers walking paths along the riverfront. Canning River Regional Park, a 6km riverside park which offers recreational activities such as jogging, kayaking, swimming and canoeing, is just a 10-minute drive away.
Sevens Como is also close to a number of schools and education institutions, including Penrhos College, Como Secondary College and Curtin University.

Construction on Sevens Como will begin in 4Q2023, with the project targeted for completion by 2025. It marks the latest milestone in Sevens Group Australia’s track record. Its most recent development, a collection of five boutique apartments in the Mossman Park neighbourhood in Perth received fantastic feedback from the market and is 100% sold out, establishing the firm as a prominent player in Perth’s luxury real estate segment.
Building on this success, Sevens Group Australia is planning to expand its portfolio with a range of upcoming projects. These projects, spanning a diverse range of offerings such as premium single residential units, townhouse developments and apartment blocks, will be progressively launched in the near future.
Sevens Group Australia is also undertaking a A$27 million ($23 million) redevelopment project in Perth in collaboration with the tourism authority for Western Australia. Located in the historic Nedlands Bath site along Swan River, Sevens Nedlands Bath will feature a boutique hotel, a restaurant, and a marina.

The company operates two popular restaurants — ANY Dining and MAS Wine Bar — in Perth.
