The preview of Sim Lian Group’s Rivelle Tampines executive condominium (EC) drew more than 8,000 visitors since the sales gallery opened on Friday, March 6, the developer said at 10pm on Sunday, March 8.
The strong turnout comes ahead of the e-application period, which runs until March 16, with sales booking scheduled for March 21.
The 572-unit EC is located along Tampines Street 95 and is within walking distance of Tampines West MRT Station on the Downtown Line. The project sits within an established HDB estate, offering a ready pool of upgrader demand.

Rivelle Tampines will be built on a 99-year leasehold site of 242,068 sq ft and comprises 11 blocks of 12- to 14-storey residential buildings. The majority of units are three- and four-bedroom apartments.

Three-bedroom units account for 241 units (42%) and measure between 883 and 926 sq ft. Prices for three-bedroom units from 883 sq ft start from $1.588 million ($1,798 psf), while three-bedroom premium units with study of 926 sq ft start from $1.663 million ($1,796 psf).
Four-bedroom units make up 291 units (51%), with sizes ranging from 1,044 to 1,184 sq ft. Prices start from $1.893 million ($1,813 psf) for a 1,044 sq ft unit, while four-bedroom premium units of 1,184 sq ft start from $2.129 million ($1,798 psf).
Five-bedroom units of 1,378 sq ft make up the remaining 40 units in the development and are priced from $2.559 million ($1,857 psf).
Amenities nearby include SAFRA Tampines, yo:Ha Commercial @ Tampines and the upcoming Pinery Mall, part of a mixed-use development by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments that will be integrated with Tampines West MRT Station.
Other amenities — such as Tampines Regional Centre, Our Tampines Hub and Tampines Round Market & Food Centre — are also within a short walk or cycle.

With its location within an established Tampines neighbourhood and proximity to MRT connectivity and community amenities, Rivelle Tampines is expected to attract strong interest from HDB upgraders when bookings open later this month.
