A three-storey bungalow on 63 Cove Drive in Sentosa Cove is on the market for $21.99 million. The property will be sold in an expression of interest (EOI) exercise by Huttons Asia.
The Sentosa Cove bungalow sits on a 8,808.1 sq ft plot. Thus, the indicative price translates to about $ 2,497 psf on the land area. The bungalow faces the marina and is opposite Pearl Island. The five-bedroom house has an estimated built-up area of 10,080 sq ft, with sufficient space to park up to six cars.
The ground floor comprises the dining and living area, as well as an outdoor patio beside the swimming pool. There are separate wet and dry kitchens, as well as an ensuite guest bedroom on this floor.
Four more en suite bedrooms, including the master bedroom and junior master bedroom, are on the second floor. The third floor features a roof terrace and a family entertainment room. There is also a basement that consists of a helper’s room, storage, and a laundry yard.
“Bungalows have witnessed a steep increase in prices over the past three years. For a similar quantum, it may be difficult for a buyer to find a landed home with such a spacious living space on the main island of Singapore. Thus, bungalows on Sentosa offer good value for buyers,” says Lee Sze Teck, senior director of data analytics at Huttons Asia.
The EOI exercise will close on Sept 15.
