Two B2 industrial sites launched

JTC has launched two industrial sites for sale by tender under the Confirmed List on the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme. The sites are Plot 9 at Tampines Industrial Drive and Plot 7 at Tuas South Link 2.

The sites have a maximum GFA of 87,225 sq ft and 80,361 sq ft respectively. Both have 20-year leasehold tenures and are zoned for B2 development.

Tender for the sites will close at 11am on 22 September 2015.
