Wee Hur awarded $43 mil construction project at Dover Ave

SINGAPORE (Feb 1): Wee Hur Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary Wee Hur Construction has been awarded a $43.0 million construction project from The Diocese of Singapore and St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital.

The project comprises the erection of a nine-storey nursing home and a four-storey church annex building with a two-storey semi-underground car park, as well as addition and alteration to the existing St. John’s – St. Margaret’s Church at 30 Dover Ave.

The project will commence on Mar 12, 2018 and be completed on May 25, 2020.

Wee Hur says the project is not expected to have a material impact on its consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2018.
