"Condo is very SUPER NOISY every evening. A lot of foreign immigrants childrens without proper supervision by parents, screaming and shouting especially in the pool and playground. Childrens played the pool with their footwear and at times bedroom pyjamas on in the morning and security is no where to be seen. A lot of leaking issue units especially penthouse units. As u noticed the layout of the condo is in circular, noise got trap within units facing the pool thus creating trapped noise. The oldest condo in bedok reservoir area thus quite rundown and limited facilities. A pool of bto next door will caused the road to jam in due time. Furthermore, an enclave of a particular race have started to form. No social conscience and consideration by bringing their culture from their motherland here. Please have a feel from 6pm onwards before you start to rent or buy. Badly managed by the mcst where bylaws is not strictly enforced causing disharmony among residents. If u like noisy estate and enclave of particular race, u are most welcome here! Walk around and ask the local sporean resident of the well being of the estate before buying or renting here! Read thru SINGAPOREAN reviews and not be misled by foreign reviews. Go thru propertyguru & 99.co website and read the honest reviews. Do your due diligence. There is also a foreign based mart to cater to the foreign enclave. A lot of vandalism happened until mcst needs to install cctv at strategic areas to deter. There are also had been a few fire incidents by irresponsible occupiers which resulted in the fire engine being activated. Could not agree more with fellow reviewer "abcde 000". Read thru all the negative comments by other reviewer to see how true the estate state is in. Dont be fool by incognito reviewer who just wanted to sell/rent this condo units. Just look at the names of the reviewer and u know where this foreigner came from."

"Huge condo with lot of facilities. On flip side, layout of unit has lot of wasted space , water leakage issues are rampant, walls and windows are not sound insulated, community is mainly older singaporeans and mainly renters who work in changi biz park. "

"Used to be nice. Now, super noisy with screaming and shouting by foreign kids in the pool and playground especially in the evening till night time. Come and take a look at about 6pm onwards to see the true picture. Construction at opposite side for the new BTO is ongoing. Dusty and Noisy during the day. Next Melville Park in the making. Stay & invest at your own risk. Dont be fool by reviews by "agents" painting a perfect view. See it for yourself."

"18 floor Point Block type development wit 4 units per floor (Average 900-1300 sq.ft, exclding Penthouse, ground floor PES). 2 Phase TOP, 1999, 2001. Across road from Bedok Reservoir with good access to water-sport facilities and treetop adventure. In 2 blocks, units fronting reservoir can suffer from traffic noise (Bedok Reservoir Road). Large landscape area with very big feature pools, 1/2 basketball, tennis courts, BBQ pits. 2 Squash courts. Clubhouse with grocery store, beauty saloon and food shop. Typical units have open internals with L_shaped living dinning area, smallish balcony. Overall squarish layout ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms. Small Kitchen and storage/maid room. "

"Stayed here before. Very bad experience with an auntie in her 60s who was very rude and inconsiderate. Talk very loud and carry her portable speaker with loud music played everywhere she goes. Security guard and management also not helpful. Luckily my tenancy is only a year."

"I love the pools in that condo. I m going there for swimming classes only so I can say only about pool. Water slide is also there in adult pool. Small play is there in kids pool."
