"As shared above, equally bad experience with the female security staff manning the barrier to the drop off / resident carpark. As a visitor, I would have thought that there are visitors lots - doesnt seem to be so. In addition, I would have thought that as someone manning the barrier for both visitors and residents entry, she should at minimum guide visitors where to go/park. She told me blatantly she has no idea as she is just a security guide for the building and not the residence etc completely of no help whatsoever. Maybe the management of the residence should consider ensuring that these folks are trained to guide visitors/residence - they are the frontliners for the condominium and this particular female staff definitely is not one that should be placed as a frontliner! For anyone looking for the visitors parking to this condominium, it is just round the corner towards the side of Ascott - a very simple ask for that staff just to inform visitors! Do not make the wrong turning into the tigress den!"

"I just had a very bad experience with the female security guard manning her station outside the Cairnhill nine carpark entrance around 5pm today. I took a wrong turn & needed assistance to the common carpark. She barked impolitely and impatiently at me when I asked for help. "WHERE YOU WANT TO GO!! THE COMMON CARPARK IS THERE LA!!!!" I am truly shock with her reaction and hope this review can help to avoid similar event from happening to others."
