"A 48-unit freehold apartment next to the lower peirce reservoir, it is a great place with access to good food and cafe at the opposite sembawang hill estate, and nature such as bishan park and old thomson Road trail and lower peirce reservoir. It is also near well known schools such as St Nicholas Girls' School and Ai Tong School."
