"Impractical finishing. Looks nice but you will realize that their finishing is not good. Windows very thin and with lots of gaps for noise to travel in. The mtr construction is very bad and continues through to late night even at 2am. Do not believe the agents when they say they wont do any construction at night or weekends. Really wanna say f word to these agents. Once u moved in, its tenant / buyer caveat even though u r the one paying. 5 star reviews were probably fake and by agents who wanna sell u the hse. Tenants/buyer beware."
