"Before covid, need go office by MRT then i find this place very convenient. Now work from home, i find here too crowded too noisy to my comfort, sick of the surroundings"

"A very convenient place and near city/downtown! The place is fully sheltered to the the MRT which is the interchange for the Circle line and the East West line, and downtown line is just a stop away. There are also different bus stops to different part of the island. Great food option around the vicinity; from restaurants at nearby malls to hawkers and popular geylang eateries. Also, the fact that the supermarket is just downstairs and opens till 11pm means that there's no need to store food in your fridge. For units facing the pool, the balcony and bedroom can see serene pool view with greenery which provides a relaxing view after a day at work."

"My unit was facing another side and was quiet and peaceful, albeit some noises during day but when i closed the windows and balcony, nothing was heard. Conveniently located as i can take a queue number at a restaurant and reach there within minutes when it is my turn. Love it!"

"No one says anything about the airplane noises. Whole lot worse than you can imagine. Feels like hundreds of air planes literally going above my head and you cannot block the noise by closing all windows. I signed for 2years so lets hope I will be able to remain sane by then."
