"Very unfriendly management environment.. 2 delivery guys been wheel clamp not even 5mins on the lot.. sending food and groceries to residents there.. claiming we obstructing the residents carpark which theres a lot of empty spaces.. security guards acting like a gangster and the MA is really useless.. looking down at this guys because they are Low grade workers and insulted them. Police came and advised..poor thing they hard to take $214 out of this 2 poor delivery guys money which earn not even $100 per day.. the police man also feel frustrated with the way management handle the issue.. the guard proudly to say they EARN in 6mth clamping 200 delivery drivers.. I hope the authorities pls do look into it and the residents there which is not aware pls help those people who bring ur food to ur doorstep to earn a living to give their families food .. $214 is a big amount for them.. I hope we as a Singapore do care and help each other out against this kind of rowdy security and MA.."

"There is a severe German cockroach issue in the whole condo both block 1 and 3. This is a tropical country and I get that there are areas that will have pests. But this is considered a luxury condo and the issue was too common. In addition their security team is quite counterproductive with their system. The guards will intercom your parcel/food/visitor/delivery at the guard house, and then the delivery person/visitor will need to intercom at the base of your block, and lastly at your doorbell. But the system doesn't make sense because if the Grab driver says the food is for my unit it must be for me right If their receipt says Sky Habitat then the guard should send them over to the next condo. It was overkill to bother you while working from home to stand up and ring the intercom 2 times. Plus, if the deliver WAS NOT MINE they would STILL let them come in. What is the point of this anyway. There was times when friends would send deliveries as a surprise and the guard house would send them away. They did not address this either. The facilities was probably the nicest thing about this condo. The noise, the backwards security team, and the roach issues were horrible. Definitely not worth the cost for a thumbnail size home. Wouldn't recommend."

"One interesting architecture design right next to the centre of Bishan where all the activities coalesce and create a bustling urban scape. Landscape is lush, friendly, visually refreshing and provide a good respite from an hectic life."
