It takes just 15 minutes to the CBD via Nicoll Highway, and is within a 10-minute car ride to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE). Even those who use public transport will benefit from the convenience of proximity, as Macpherson MRT station, which serves both the Circle and Downtown lines, is just one stop away from Mattar.
The Antares is poised to enjoy an unlimited upside potential.
