Big units the top sellers at iNz Residence

A third or 170 units out of the total 497 at iNz Residence were sold on the first weekend of sales on March 11 and 12. About 40% of the buyers were first-timers, according to Qingjian Realty.

The five-bedroom maisonettes were the most popular with all units snapped up, followed by the four-bedders with 70% sold. This high take-up rate indicates there is a strong demand for bigger living spaces, with both unit types accounting for over 60% of sales. Over 80% of the buyers opted for the smart home packages, says Qingjian Realty.

Prices of the five-bedders range from $1,188,000 to $1,321,000, while the four-bedroom and two-bedroom units start from $818,000 and $490,000 respectively.

The iNz Residence is the first executive condominium launched for sale this year.
