CBRE appoints Kelvin Chan as head of capital markets, China

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Global consultancy CBRE has appointed Kelvin Chan as head of capital markets, China.

Chan is an industry veteran and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate transaction experience across Asia. His focus is on investments, asset management, risk management, capital management, and funds management in the China market.

Chan will be based in Shanghai and will lead a team of over 50 capital markets professionals at CBRE China.

“(He) has a deep understanding of the region’s real estate market and well-established client relationships. His knowledge and leadership will help to drive the growth of our capabilities in China and throughout Asia in partnership with our leaders across the region,” says Alan Li, China president for CBRE.
