An industrial property at 18 Genting Road was sold for $12 million by Savills Singapore. According to a Jan 5 press release from the agency announcing the sale, the property is a five-storey B1 industrial freehold building. The building sits on a 5,700 sq ft site with a gross floor area of 11,749 sq ft.
“We value the appointment by the seller in representing them and are delighted with the fruitful outcome,” says Sally Tan, managing director of commercial, industrial & logistics for Savills. “The valued partnership has inspired us to achieve success with the sale of 18 Genting with a win-win outcome for both the seller and buyer”.
According to URA caveats, a neighbouring industrial building at 12 Genting Road was sold for $14 million. The property sits on a land area of 5,786 sq ft and the price translates to $2,419 psf.
