“There are currently some construction works happening closer to Reflections at Keppel Bay, which make it an unattractive project on the surface.”

For example, two spacious four-bedroom units for larger families are available in the Reflections tower block. “It’s quite challenging to find a large enough property for bigger families in newer projects that are not exorbitantly priced,” says Peck.
One of these units, spanning 2,605 sq ft, enjoys a balcony — a rare feature in this tower block — and offers stunning sea views. It is tastefully furnished and meticulously maintained. The other four-bedroom unit, covering 2,648 sq ft, provides peaceful green views, creating a serene and windy atmosphere.
