Kevin Geow’s journey as Head, Project (Agent Growth & Activities) at Huttons Asia is guided by a simple yet powerful belief: the moment an agent steps into a showflat, it should feel welcoming. More than a sales venue, the showflat should be a space of camaraderie, purpose and shared energy. This philosophy has shaped Geow’s approach since the early days of his career, when he began building his team from the ground up more than two decades ago.
Today, he is a respected industry figure, recognised not only within Huttons but also among peers and salespersons across Singapore’s real estate landscape. From a young age, Geow displayed an indomitable drive to succeed — a mindset further forged during his training with the Naval Diving Unit (NDU).
“Fresh from NDU, I carried the mindset of ‘never say die’ and ‘nothing stands in our way’,” he recalls. “That gave me the winner’s mentality I needed to survive and grow in an industry with an exceptionally high dropout rate.”
That discipline, combined with a relentless hunger to improve, carried him through the early challenges of his real estate career. The first three years were demanding, but Geow remained resilient, steadily building his network, sharpening his market instincts and growing his client base through persistence and grit.

Ground-up experience, strategic perspective
Entering the industry at just 21, Geow’s career has been shaped by hands-on, ground-up experience. This foundation has given him a keen instinct for identifying opportunities, avoiding common pitfalls and guiding others with confidence. Years on the ground have given him a decisive edge: a practical understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and how to build sustainable success in a constantly evolving market.
Today, Geow works closely with senior management to chart the company’s growth, leading a group of over 3,000 agents while supporting more than 6,000 agents across the agency. His leadership is shaped by a dual perspective: a strong grasp of macro forces such as market cycles, master planning and policy shifts, alongside a deep appreciation of the daily realities agents face on the ground.
This balance allows him to translate strategy into practical frameworks that agents can immediately apply in real transactions. A sharp communicator who remains closely connected to the field, Geow is known for distilling complex information into clear, relatable messages. Whether through training decks, marketing videos or sales activation materials, his approach is marked by speed, clarity and precision.
“Being in management means wearing multiple hats,” he explains. “I need to spot gaps in the market, craft solutions, and position projects in ways that truly resonate with consumers.”
At project launches, his focus extends beyond numbers. “I want agents to feel a sense of warmth and belonging when they walk into a showflat. When the environment feels right, work becomes enjoyable and performance naturally follows.”

Building trust through precision and integrity
With over 25 years of experience, Geow is widely known for providing advice with clarity and conviction, particularly when comparing projects across different segments. His forward-looking approach helps clients choose properties that align not just with their current needs, but also with future life stages — always with a clear entry and exit strategy in mind.
His advisory style is rooted in genuine connection. Rather than relying solely on fact sheets, he curates options that reflect each client’s priorities and risk appetite.
“First, you must connect and understand how the client feels. It’s never just about making more money,” he shares. “When clients see the effort and preparation you’ve put in for them, the property often speaks for itself.”
Some clients joke that when they attend viewings with Geow, all they need to bring is their cheque.
One recent example is Upperhouse @ Orchard Boulevard, an upscale development in the heart of Orchard Road. Instead of focusing purely on prestige, Geow highlighted its long-term upside and exit potential, positioning it as a more compelling alternative to older developments for clients planning ahead.
By dissecting projects beyond surface-level attributes, he helps clients anticipate future performance and address risks that many agents may overlook or avoid. “My direct, honest approach allows me to serve with integrity,” he says. “When clients feel that sincerity, trust follows — and that’s why many return years later or refer others.”
Even when representing sellers, Geow often collaborates closely with buyer agents to achieve win-win outcomes. “A good deal should make sense for everyone involved.”

Empowering agents through scalable training
Known for his approachable and supportive leadership style, Geow places strong emphasis on training and development. He spearheads initiatives such as Property Millionaire Intensive, where industry experts share market insights and project-specific knowledge.
He also leads structured training frameworks for Huttons Project Ambassadors, complete with assessments and renewals to maintain consistent standards. Signature programmes such as BP 10x, Resale Millionaire and the upcoming Resale Dominator are designed to raise productivity, sharpen negotiation skills and build pitching confidence.
Grounded by family, driven by purpose
Outside of work, Geow recharges through simple family meals and outings with his wife and three children. His eldest is currently studying at Nanyang Technical University, while the youngest is in secondary three. He is also a devoted pet owner and has recently taken up bonsai cultivation as a personal hobby.
Looking ahead, Geow hopes to spend more time on consumer education, particularly through social media, sharing practical insights and holistic analysis to help the public navigate the property market with greater confidence.
Asked what gives him the greatest satisfaction, his answer is clear. “It comes from leading and lifting people — seeing agents apply what they learn, hit milestones and transform their financial trajectory through the systems I’ve built.”
“Especially when resale agents step confidently into the project arena and become strong project closers. I take care of my people, and they know they can trust me as their leader.”

A leader built for the long game
In an industry often driven by short-term wins, Kevin Geow stands apart for playing the long game — building trust, systems and people that endure. His leadership is grounded in experience, guided by integrity and powered by a deep understanding of how markets, products and people intersect.
For clients, this means clarity and confidence. For agents, it means leadership that enables sustainable careers. For the organisation, it means strategic stewardship that delivers results across market cycles.
As Singapore’s property landscape continues to evolve, Geow remains anchored to a simple belief: real success is not measured by transactions alone, but by the lives improved, careers elevated and trust earned along the way.
