He was also named among the Top 10 Achievers (ninth position) and second runner-up in Top Private Residential Sales in 2023 in recognition of his stellar performance, for instance, the sale of a new terrace house in Jalan Buloh Perindu at $6.68 million that set a new pricing record in prime district 15 at that time.

His winning strategy: shortlisting a selection of listings that are the closest match with his clients' expectations and negotiating for a purchase price below his client's budget by $500,000 to $1 million, for financial prudency and opportunity for price growth.
Goh and his team are also marketing Anagram Homes, a collection of eight luxury freehold landed properties at Kheam Hock Road in District 11 by Aurum Land, a wholly owned subsidiary of Woh Hup. Featuring a range of elegant, modern and luxurious terrace, semi-detached and detached homes for discerning buyers, the project is already 50% sold.

Achieving good work-life balance may sound elusive for a driven realtor like Goh, but it is a rare privilege that he truly enjoys, given the opportunity to indulge in his passion for travel — with up to seven vacations a year — from epic journeys to Alaska and Finland to quick getaways in the region — all while staying connected with clients.
With a strong teamwork culture, Goh places full trust in his team members to serve potential buyers during physical viewings during his absence. The team works hard and plays hard too, with yearly group trips to regional destinations such as Bangkok to celebrate Tan's birthday.
