LEEDON GREEN: A FREEHOLD URBAN OASIS
Purchased by a joint venture between leading residential developer MCL Land, a Hongkong Land company and mainboard-listed Yanlord Land Group Limited, the former Tulip Garden was sold for $906.9 million in April 2018 on its fourth attempt at a collective sale.
