Local real estate developer Macly Group will preview its 999-year leasehold development, Jansen House, on Saturday, April 27. Subsequently, an early bird sales preview of the 21-unit project will take place on Saturday, May 4
Jansen House is located at 25 Jansen Road in District 19. The project features a mix of two- to four-bedroom units that range from 721 to 1,335 sq ft. Facilities include a roof terrace, pool deck, dining and BBQ area, a children’s play area and a reading room.
According to a press release issued by the developer on April 23, it will offer an early bird discount of 15% for units booked and sold on the day of the sales preview. Thus, two-bedroom units will start from $1.499 million, three-bedroom units will start from $1.999 million, and four-bedders will be sold from $2.442 million.

Jansen House is the latest project in Macly Group’s House Series, a collection of boutique residential developments by the developer. Jansen House is in a low-density landed enclave near the Serangoon/Kovan area. It is within 1km of Zhonghua Primary School.
The project is jointly marketed by Huttons Asia and PropNex Realty.
