Oxley Tower wins Singapore Property Award for office category, eyes FIABCI

Oxley Holdings announced on Oct 2 that Oxley Tower has won the Singapore Property Awards 2017 in the office category. This means Oxley Tower will be entered into the International FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards.

Located within the CBD, Oxley Tower is a 32-storey freehold strata development that includes a three-storey podium of 129 retail units. Oxley Tower also houses 29 storeys of offices and restaurants, as well as three levels of basement car parks.

Ching Chiat Kwong, Oxley’s executive chairman and CEO, comments, “With Singapore’s increasing focus on local small and medium enterprises, Oxley Tower is a good fit as it provides quality and affordable prime office space for startups and medium sized companies.”
