Largest penthouse at Eden Residences Capitol sold for $21.37 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A 6,609 sq ft penthouse unit at Eden Residences Capitol changed hands on Aug 11 for $21.37 million, or $3,233 psf. (See also: UNDER THE HAMMER: Unit at Eden Residences Capitol going for $6.28 mil)

This is the first penthouse and the largest apartment sold in the 39-unit luxury condo. The transacted price psf also makes this a new high achieved at Eden Residences Capitol since its launch in October 2012. The penthouse comprises five bedrooms with an additional room that can be used as a study or converted into an extra bedroom. The units at Eden Residences Capitol have a mix of three- to five-bedroom apartments including five penthouses. Unit sizes range from 2,120 sq ft to 6,609 sq ft.

Eden Residences Capitol was completed in 2015 by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings. The condominium is part of an integrated development that includes Capitol Theatre and The Capitol Kempinski Hotel as well as a high-end mall that is linked at the basement level to the City Hall MRT Interchange Station (for the East-West and North-South Lines).

Located on Stamford Road in District 6 of the Core Central Region, Eden Residences Capitol is also part of the Civic and Cultural District, with proximity to notable landmarks such as the Esplanade and St. Andrew’s Cathedral.
