Penthouse at Sydney’s Arc by Crown Group sold for A$5.5 mil

A penthouse unit at the Arc by Crown Group development in Sydney has been sold for A$5.5 million ($4.96 million).

The penthouse, on the 28th floor, has views across the city and Pyrmont Bay.

Arc by Crown Group - comprising 148 apartments, a ground-floor serviced-apartment hotel, Skye Suites Sydney, and a new retail and dining precinct called Our Skittle Place - is designed by Koichi Takada Architects.

Crown Group director of sales Prisca Edwards says the group has a limited number of Penthouse Collection residences. There are now only four for sale at three of its Sydney developments, after two of the residences were sold in the past month.
