Second neighbourhood centre in Tengah to open in 1Q2026

Parc Point, a neighbourhood centre in Tengah’s Park District, is slated to open in 1Q2026. Spanning 172,222 sq ft, it will have a FairPrice supermarket, a food court, a polyclinic and other retail outlets. There will also be a 190m-long sheltered retail street connecting Parc Point to neighbouring HDB blocks that feature an education centre, a Residents’ Network Centre, and other shops.

This is the second neighbourhood centre in Tengah, following Plantation Plaza, which opened in 2024. Parc Point is located next to Parc Residences @ Tengah, a Build-To-Order (BTO) project comprising 12 residential blocks housing 1,044 units.

A wellness trail connects Parc Point, Parc Residences @ Tengah and the precinct’s multi-storey car park (MSCP). Designed to encourage an active lifestyle among residents, the trail includes a network of stairways alongside Parc Point’s escalators, an elevated linkway that connects Parc Point’s roof garden to sky terraces located at the eighth storey of the residential blocks, and a running track and other active spaces at the MSCP roof garden. There is also a 1.5 km-long Rainforest Walk.

According to HDB, six BTO projects have been launched to date in Tengah’s Park District, of which five, including Parc Residences @ Tengah, have been completed to date. The completed projects consist of about 4,500 homes.

Across Tengah, more than 14,000 flats over 14 projects have been completed to date. The homes, located across the Park, Plantation and Garden Districts, make up nearly half of the 30,000 flats planned for Tengah.

As Tengah town is progressively developed, more amenities and infrastructure will be rolled out to serve residents, says HDB. This includes six preschools and Tengah’s first primary school, Pioneer Primary School in Plantation District, which will commence operations in 1Q2026, adding to the eight preschools already in operation.

“Residents can look forward to other amenities such as Tengah Town Centre, Central Park and the Jurong Region Line in the coming years,” adds HDB.
