Singapore buyers snap up units at mixed-use development in London’s Vauxhall

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Graphite Square, a mixed-use development site in London, has seen 50% of pre-sales units go to Singaporean buyers, according to developer Third.i. This comes ahead of the project's sales launch in Singapore on Feb 26-27.

The project, located on Vauxhall Walk, sits on a 279,000 sq ft development site and has a gross development value of approximately GBP200 million ($270.8 million). Graphite Square will have three residential buildings housing 160 homes as well as over 80,000 sq ft of co-working space spread across four floors.

Graphite Square is Third.i’s second project in the UK following an apartment building in Battersea, which the Australian developer launched in 2018.

“We’ve been looking for exciting opportunities in London for some time, and Graphite Square is the perfect embodiment of our belief in creating better places to live, work and play. We instantly fell in love with the architecture and placemaking of the project, seeing it having an ageless appeal that will become a legacy project, one we all can be proud of,” says Luke Berry, founder of Third.i in a Feb 16 statement.

Berry adds that Graphite Square has already attracted a great amount of interest from both domestic and international buyers before marketing has even begun.

Julian Sedgwick, head of business development for Third.i in Asia and UK, highlights that Singapore buyers have taken up half of the sold units for the pre-sales. “We have had great feedback and are excited to bring the grand launch of Graphite Square to the market at the end of February,” he remarks.

Third.i is launching Graphite Square in Singapore on Feb 26–27 at the Four Seasons Hotel in the Crescent Ballroom in Singapore.
