SingHaiyi completes the acquisition of Park Mall

Listed Singapore developer SingHaiyi Group has completed the $411.8 million acquisition of Park Mall through a joint venture it is in.

Park Mall is an integrated office, lifestyle and home furnishing mall located at 9 Penang Road. It will be redeveloped into two office blocks with a retail component.
