Sim Lian launches Treasure Crest EC

Sim Lian Group will launch its latest executive condominium, Treasure Crest, on July 1, with the e-application period open until July 10. The balloting and booking date of the 504-unit EC is on July 16.

The development sits on a 99-year leasehold, 187,831 sq ft site on Anchorvale Crescent. It comprises eight 15-storey towers with 84 three-bedroom units, 364 three-bedroom premium units and 56 four-bedroom units ranging from 958 to 1,345 sq ft. The units are priced at an average of $735 to $755 psf.

The project is scheduled to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit by 2019.
