Sister duo setting record-breaking prices through social media presence

You might have seen real estate videos from Pink Sie and Queen Sie or find their names familiar. After all, their names are notable and distinct. This pair of sisters that work alongside each other as Associate Group Directors in PropNex Realty are hard to miss in the social media scene with their catchy and educational real estate content.
Pink and Queen graduated with honours in their business degrees, and Pink even went on to further her studies to obtain an LLB, a law degree. With their accreditation, their decision to enter the real estate industry was considered an unconventional route.
Queen shares that while their parents, who were property investors, influenced their decision to become realtors, it was Pink who inspired her to take the first step. The rest was history.
Today, Pink and Queen have been in the business of taking care of peoples’ most priced assets for many years. In fact, they will be celebrating their 10th year anniversary next year. The past decade saw them representing hundreds of clients from all walks of life and experiencing the peaks and troughs in the market.
It is noteworthy that they began their careers starting from scratch, hustling their way up with sheer determination and have amassed a network of clientele over the years through their great work ethic.
Boost from socials
The secret behind the Siesters’ (pun intended) success is social media marketing. While other realtors only took to social media marketing amid the pandemic, Pink and Queen have long been leveraging on social media platforms to provide real estate-related content.
As one of the pioneers of using social media marketing in the real estate industry, Pink believes that this niche is their forte. They are the brains behind their social media campaigns and content creation, and have a professional back-end team to execute their vision.
“We focus on creating real estate videos and informative content that add value to our viewers through our social media platforms. We ensure that the content is straight to the point and is easily comprehensible to our viewers” says Pink.
All-time highs
“We use our social media platforms to gain maximum exposure for our clients’ properties through our signature Home Tour Videos,” tells Queen, while explaining that these videos take viewers through a thorough look of the property without having to set foot into the house.
Thanks to their social media marketing efforts, the sisters have achieved several record-breaking deals. Some noteworthy recent transactions include setting a new record price of a private property, The Aberdeen, which was sold at a whopping $219,000 above the last transaction. The highest price for a one plus study unit at Queens Peak at $1.01 million was also secured by them.
Another remarkable deal by the sisters was when they made their client the record price holder thus far for the most expensive three-bedroom unit in The Terrace, which was sold at $1.468 million. Additionally, they brokered a DBSS unit in Toa Payoh for $1.288 million, $38,000 above the next highest transaction.
While selling both HDBs and private properties are the sisters’ specialty, they too have a flair for helping their clients in their investments, supporting their asset progression journey. As investors themselves, they “walk the talk” when it comes to investing in properties.
“We completely understand the concerns our clients have and provide comprehensive in-depth advice, while highlighting possible blind spots. Pink is also able to put her knowledge of the law into good use when it comes to advising our clients,” adds Queen.
Stronger together
Thanks to their chemistry and strong synergy, the sisters were able to accelerate their success together and have several accolades to prove it. Pink and Queen are consistent top producers in Propnex, bagging multiple Platinum Awards every year. They have even been called upon to the prestigious Black Tie Gala, which is a by-invite-only event that celebrates the cream of the crop, for the past five consecutive years.
Their teamwork is a quality that allows them to constantly be on top in the real estate industry. “Our competitive advantage is our ability to work well together - we are adept in different areas that complement each other,” says Queen.
Pink has a great grasp on the macro perspective. She is a great listener and eases clients into the entire process, making them comfortable, whereas Queen is proficient with numbers and meticulous with the micro details. On top of that, they both possess soft skills and are well spoken – all of which are intangible qualities that are indispensable in the delicate process of negotiation.
Both sisters strongly believe in creating a personalised and holistic experience for their clients.
