UK development Crown View Tower launched for sale in Singapore

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Crown View Tower, a residential development in Manchester, UK has been launched for sale to buyers in Singapore. According to marketing agent Savills Singapore, a selection of one, two and three-bedroom properties is now available for reservation, with prices starting from GBP245,000 ($393,450).
Crown View Tower is a development by Hong Kong-listed real estate group Far East Consortium International (FEC). It is located at Victoria Riverside, the first phase under Victoria North, Manchester’s largest regeneration project to date. The renewal project will see the construction of over 15,000 new homes in the city over the next decade. FEC is also the developer for Victoria North. The project follows the completion of Mount Yard, FEC’s first development in Manchester.
"Crown View follows the successful launch of our MeadowSide and New Cross Central schemes, where buyers are already benefitting from FEC’s hallmark of quality," remarks Andrew Bradley-Nixon, sales and marketing director at FEC.

The development comprises 275 apartments as well as 4,500 sq ft of private amenities including co-working spaces, a residents’ lounge with a bar, and a gym and yoga studio.
Crown View Tower is an eight-minute walk away from the Manchester Victoria train station, while Manchester Airport is a 30-minute drive away. The development is also a short walk away from Arndale, UK’s largest inner-city shopping centre.
“As the latest hotspot in UK, Manchester property prices have risen significantly in the past decade and has since caught up with the national UK average," says Jacqueline Wong, executive director, head of residential services, international residential at Savills Singapore. She adds that the city's robust office market and international flight connectivity further boost Victoria Riverside's appeal to both investors and homeowners.
Savills Singapore will be hosting an event showcasing the project on Sept 24 and 25 at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel.
